Beginning in the new year I am excited to offer a leadership roundtable series for individuals and organizational cohorts.
The series is designed to be high impact, time efficient, and tailored to the current leadership experiences of each group.
Coaching is a partnership between an individual or group with a professional coach. The coach's role is to create a safe space that facilitates reflection, learning, and growth.
Purpose
The overarching purpose of the series is to collaborate to achieve the following:
Participants
The roundtable series is designed for emerging leaders in the Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President cohorts. Individuals new to more senior level roles may also inquire. Groups will consist of individuals from non-competitive companies or from a cohort of a single organization. All roundtable conversations will be confidential.
How it Works
The roundtable will meet once a month for six months. Each group will have six to eight participants. Once the group is established, we will have an introductory session to explore common experiences and themes among the participants. The coach will then choose five topics for the series. Preparation for each session will include a reading, case, or assessment relevant to each topic. Each session will be two hours in length and include group and breakout discussions. Sessions will open with a follow-up on learnings from our previous conversation and end with insights and takeaways.
All conversations will emphasize practicing "dialogue and the art of thinking together*," a fundamental leadership competency. The series will be on Zoom with the possibility of in-person sessions in selected cities.
