Points North offers coaching services for senior executives, emerging leaders, teams, and cohorts.  We coach in three dimensions - the self, the team, and the organization.  We are certified professional coaches with extensive operating experience in early stage and high growth companies.

COACHING OFFERINGS FOR THE NEW YEAR

Leadership Roundtable Series

I am excited to again offer a leadership roundtable series for organizational cohorts again this year. The series is designed to be high impact, time efficient, and tailored to the current organizational and cultural experiences of each cohort in their workplace.

One-Day Coaching Intensives

The first is a strategy intensive and the second is a team effectiveness intensive. Both sessions use simple frameworks that facilitate dialogue, alignment, and action and are designed to be one-day investments in your success that offer concrete deliverables to guide follow-through.

The Self

Heighten your self-awareness about your relationship to work, leadership style, intentions, strengths, and blindspots to maximize your contribution to your team and organization.

The Team

Team effectiveness is a function of culture – how team members interact and relate – and productivity – how effectively and efficiently the team gets work done.

The Organization

Every organization must have a clear directional heading that is understood and embraced by all.   Leaders must communicate the company’s purpose, behavioral expectations, measures of success, and current priorities clearly and persistently.
